RULES OF THE AGRIMAR LOYALTY PROGRAM

Article 1

ORGANIZER

This Consumer Loyalty Program, i.e. the Agrimar loyalty program — hereinafter referred to as the Program — is organized by:

Agrimar d.o.o. Beograd, Maršala Tita 133, 11272 Belgrade, Republic of Serbia, hereinafter referred to as the Organizer.

Article 2

DURATION, PURPOSE AND PLACE OF IMPLEMENTATION OF THE PROGRAM

The Program is implemented for the purpose of encouraging both regular and new end customers of the Organizer’s products.

The Program shall apply from 14 May 2026 and shall remain in force until revoked, i.e. until the Organizer makes a decision to amend or terminate the validity of the Program.

The Program is implemented in the Organizer’s retail store in Dobanovci, as well as through the web shop www.agrimar.rs, on the territory of the Republic of Serbia.

Article 3

PUBLICATION OF THE PROGRAM RULES

The Program Rules, as well as all further information regarding the implementation of the Program, shall be published on the Organizer’s website www.agrimar.rs and made available in the Organizer’s retail store in Dobanovci.

Article 4

RULES OF THE AGRIMAR LOYALTY PROGRAM

The Agrimar loyalty program enables legal entities and natural persons to obtain a special benefit when making individual purchases of higher value.

The customer is entitled to a one-time discount of 7% if the value of one individual purchase made through the Organizer’s web shop or retail store exceeds RSD 120,000.00.

The discount applies exclusively to the specific purchase that meets the stated condition and does not constitute grounds for acquiring a permanent or automatic right to a discount on future purchases.

The benefits of the Program apply to all items from the Organizer’s offer, unless otherwise stated for certain items, product categories, promotional offers or special sales conditions.

The use of benefits under the Program is voluntary and free of charge.

Article 5

PROGRAM PARTICIPANTS

By participating in the Program, participants confirm that they are familiar with these Rules and that they fully accept them.

Program participants may not request discounts or other benefits that are not provided for by these Rules or specifically approved by the Organizer.

Article 6

DATA INTEGRITY AND NOTIFICATIONS

Personal data provided by the customer to the Organizer shall be used exclusively for the purposes of recording participation in the Program, exercising rights under the Program, and sending notifications about new promotions, benefits and items, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

If the customer wishes to change their data, withdraw consent or discontinue the use of benefits under the Agrimar loyalty program, they must notify the Organizer by e-mail at sales@agrimar.rs or in writing, by registered mail, to the following address:

with the note: “Notice of Withdrawal of Consent”.

Article 7

IN CASE OF DISPUTE

In the event of a dispute between the Organizer and a Program participant, the competent court in Belgrade shall have jurisdiction.

Article 8

AMENDMENT AND TERMINATION OF THE PROGRAM

The Organizer reserves the right to amend the Program Rules at any time, including the conditions for obtaining the discount, the discount rate, the method of applying the discount, the duration of the Program, as well as other elements of the Program.

All amendments, supplements, updates or notices regarding the termination of the Program shall be published on the Organizer’s website www.agrimar.rs.
